Biography

Advocate Karan Singh Niranjan was enrolled in the year 1998 with Bar Council of U.P. He has vast experience in handling a wide variety of complex litigation, property disputes, real estate transactions, alternative dispute resolution, and arbitrations in India along with dealing in commercial disputes between private parties and disputes with the government regulator against orders imposing tariff /duty. He has significant experience in advising clients on and formulating effective strategies for the purposes of litigation and arbitration. He advises clients with respect to Litigation in various Courts including the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, District Courts, Company Law Boards, Arbitral Tribunals, etc. and also advises clients regularly on various real estate transactions, undertakes legal due diligence and provides comprehensive analysis of risk factors that may be involved in such transactions and preparing property related documentation.
